The Management of Dhaka Bank Limited is pleased to inform all its Shareholders that the Securities and Exchange Commission vide their letter no. SEC/CFD/Rights Issue/169/02/571 dated 26th January 2003, has given consent to extend the subscription closing date upto 13th February 2003.

Therefore, the Rights Share application money will be received by all branches of Dhaka Bank Limited during the banking hours upto 13th February 2003.
