Dhaka Bank launched its Personal Banking services in Chittagong through a client evening held at Chittagong Club on September 13, 2003.



Khondker Fazle Rashid, Deputy Managing Director of Dhaka Bank Limited said customer satisfaction through an unmatched service quality has always been the premier focus of Dhaka Bank. In its relentless efforts to meet every banking need of the customers Dhaka Bank is now extending its Personal Banking Services in Chittagong, he added.



Majedur Rahman, Senior Executive Vice President of Dhaka Bank highlighted that modern banking has stretched far beyond the conventional deposit and lending of funds. Dhaka Bank exerts special effort to develop and introduce new products and services through extensive market research. Our product and services range is continuously monitored, extended and realigned responding to the market demand and technological advancement. He expressed hope that Personal Banking will continue its success in Chittagong as well.



Executive Vice President and Head of Personal Banking, Azam Reza, said Dhaka Bank is delighted to launch Personal Banking in Chittagong. He said that Dhaka Bank has a well-tailored set of Personal Banking products and services and presented some of the products, namely Credit Card, ATM Card, Car Loan, Personal Loan, Vacation Loan to the customers. At the end he thanked the customers for their valuable time and active participation in the program.
